- In your mental illness journal you mention your uncle has a house — but you say he's homeless? What gives?
All homeless people have a place they can stay or they call home. I know 3 other homeless people that I see nearly daily. The first is a older lady that lives in a parking lot at a Mc Donalds in LA on the curb with 2 blankets and a large suitecase. The next is a homeless person in the park near my apartmenet. He sleeps underneath a tree and has a collaspible wheeled bin for his personal items. The last homeless person I knew was a person at my dad's old work who slept underneath the metal steps to a portable trailer. They all have a place they stay — a place they call home. My uncle has been on the streets as well, he currently stays near a place that he has access to and supplies at the least a roof over his head.
